All orders ship free within the United States. Orders ship the next business day, and most arrive within one to three business days.
The Wesper home sleep test is a hygienic, single-use medical item, so opened or used kits can't be restocked or refunded. If your kit is still unopened, email info@fixsnoring.com and we'll help. After your test, send the Wesper device back with the prepaid return label included in your kit — returning it is a required part of the process. And if your recording ever fails to produce a readable result, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
