Snoring is common.
Answers are rare.

30M+

American adults are estimated to have obstructive sleep apnea.

~80%

of them have never been diagnosed — most assume they're "just snorers."

1 night

of home testing is enough for a physician to tell you what's going on.

What you get back.

Sharper focus

The brain fog lifts when your brain finally gets deep sleep.

Fair questions, straight answers.

Do I need a doctor's referral to order the test?+

No. Order it yourself, take it at home, and a licensed, board-certified sleep physician reviews your results and issues a diagnosis — and a prescription, if sleep apnea is found.

Is a home test as accurate as a sleep lab?+

WatchPAT has been validated against polysomnography (PSG), the gold standard for diagnosing obstructive sleep apnea, with an 89 percent correlation to PSG reported by the manufacturer and a 98 percent study success rate. The PAT signal is an approved measure in the 2017 AASM clinical practice guidelines for home sleep apnea testing in adults with OSA. It does not replace full PSG for complex neurological or non-respiratory sleep disorders, but for OSA assessment it provides clinically validated results suitable for treatment planning.

How fast do I get results?+

Results sync from the app after your night of testing, and most people receive their physician-reviewed report within a few business days.

Will insurance cover it?+

The test is a one-time $139 purchase, and we keep it simple: no insurance billing, no surprise costs. It's FSA/HSA eligible, and we can provide documentation if you'd like to seek reimbursement from your plan on your own.

What happens if the test finds sleep apnea?+

You'll get a clear report explaining severity and what it means, plus a prescription for treatment. From there, we'll point you to trusted therapy options and our advisors can help you choose — you're never left alone with a PDF.

What if I don't have sleep apnea?+

Then you've ruled out the serious cause — that alone is worth a night. Your report still shows your sleep quality, and you'll get evidence-based guidance for quieting simple snoring.
